IBC bunded spill pallets are stands designed to be placed under an IBC to catch drips and spills so preventing any potential chemical, hydrocarbon (oil / fuel), or any other liquid, leaks into surrounding areas. 

The minimum capacity of an IBC bund is 110% full capacity of a single 1000 Litre IBC, so 1100 Litres, and usage is a legal requirement under UK and EU law for chemical storage in the workplace. 

Most IBC bunds, like the ones below, are manufactured from durable polyethylene ensuring leak-proof broadband chemical compatibility. 

IBCs with plastic or wooden bases can sit directly onto a bund. IBCs with combie or metal bases must be placed on a grid deck to prevent any potential damage to the bund support columns.

This bund accommodates 2 IBCs side by side on a removeable grid deck support over a 1140 Litre capacity sump. 
Handily for mixed usage it can alternatively accommodate 1nr IBC with 4nr 205L drums, or 8nr 205L drums with no IBCs.

2. BB3 Single IBC Spill Pallet Bund
The BB3 is the UKs best selling spill pallet for single IBCs. It has a 1125 Litre capacity sump along with optional removeable grid deck support to place underneath an IBC.
There is also a dispensing area at the front to catch any drips or spills from an IBC tap when decanting contents into a smaller container.

3. BB1D Single IBC Spill Pallet Bund
The BB1D has a deep and wide dispensing area at the front going all the way down to the floor. This makes it easy to decant an IBCs contents into large containers.
The sump has a 1100 Litre capacity and an optional removeable grid deck is available to place under an IBC is required.

4. BB4 Double IBC Spill Pallet Bund 
This bund accommodates 2 IBCs side by side directly above its 1140 Litre sump however unlike the BB2 it doesn’t have a removeable grid deck support. 
There are optional 84 Litre overflow trays which can be placed at the front of each IBC to catch any drips and spills when decanting.

5. BB2HCS Hard Covered Double IBC Spill Pallet Bund 
This bund accommodates 2 IBCs side by side over a 1140 Litre sump with removeable grid deck support behind sliding lockable doors. 
Designed to provide secure weatherproof IBC storage outdoors this bund is manufactured from durable powder coated steel to provide a long life in such an environment. 
This IBC bund is particularly well suited for use on building construction sites.
