This single IBC spill pallet bund is manufactured from chemical and UV resistant polymer plastic and fully compliant with the UK 110% sump capacity bund regulations. 

Store chemicals, oils, acids, alkalis, and non-combustible cleaning products etc safely. 
IBC tank not included.

SAFETY

• Designed to support IBC including contents up to 1600 kg weight
• Suited to liquids with maximum specific gravity of 1.4
• Ensure IBC on top is centrally located on bund
• Ensure IBC tap is facing forwards on bund
• Must be installed on a flat base, e.g. concrete
• Clearly label IBC container contents for potential hazards
• Do not mix IBC spillage contents, possible HSE requirement
• Protect storage from weather extremes e.g. sunlight, cold & frost
• Consider using an IBC bund canopy for safe use outdoors
• Not suitable to support metal / steel or combie pallet bases

OVERVIEW

The Jumbo bund is a perfect pallet spill for when storing any form of chemical, oil or other suitable liquid in an IBC.
When placed centrally on top any spillage / leakage from the IBC’s tap drips straight into the bunds large 1260 Litre internal capacity for safe storage.
This IBC bund helps protect the workplace, its personnel and prevent environment hazards as it has no drainage points.
UK manufactured from prime MDPE chemical resistant polymer plastic the Jumbo is a perfect alternative to a traditional steel sump. It is also UV resistant to maintain a long life span usage.
With its ribbed corner support feet the 75kg Jumbo is able to accommodate an IBC weighing up to 1600kg weight.
Yellow coloured as standard Jumbo IBC bund stands can be produced in alternative colours on special request. Maybe you would like to match your corporate brand or colour code for different IBC contents for additional safety in the workplace.
