RB22 50MPH Water Filled Crash Tested Barrier 600kg

The RB22 is one of the quickest to deploy crash tested road barrier separator systems available with a considerable 600kg weight when water filled.

At 80cm tall the RB22 barricade is perfectly suited for secure low to medium level containment and extendable to 2 metres via optional anti-climb mesh and solid metal hoarding panels. It is also compatible with a range of pedestrian and vehicle access gates to fully secure site access. 

The heavy duty RB22 water filled barrier is a credible alternative to the usual concrete crash barrier systems, quicker to deploy and UK manufactured for quick lead times. The RB22 is also a fully approved water filled barrier for use on the HS2 project.

OVERVIEW
The RB22 by Oaklands Plastics is new to the road safety industry and is a one-piece moulded design with no added sections.
On impact the barrier will bring an errant vehicle to a controlled stop yet it is easier to transport and better looking than concrete barriers.
The RB22 barrier system is locked together in the centre with a steel pin formation.
For added strength two flat steel plates are easily screw fitted making the RB22 a strong and versatile barrier to withstand impacts from errant vehicles.
This is a fully interlocking barrier system and produced in robust UV stabilised prime polyethylene for extended durable use.
For added safety and security anti-climb mesh and hoarding panels can be added.
Front and end panel stops are also available to prevent trip hazards.
